Responsibilities

Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years of experience managing/coaching Account Executives
  • Proven track record closing deals and managing reputed company SMB pipelines end-to-end
  • Strong reputed company judgment with the ability to prioritize leads, assess deal quality, and forecast accurately
  • Deep experience coaching reputed company on closing, negotiation, reputed company handling, and pipeline management
  • Comfortable managing multi-stakeholder deal cycles, including traditional business owners and finance teams
  • Excellent communication skills - structured, persuasive, and reputed company in reputed company negotiations
  • Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments with high accountability
