[Remote] Engineering Manager, Blockchain

As an Engineering Manager for the Blockchain Integrations team, you will reputed company a high-performing group responsible for enabling secure interaction with blockchain networks, focusing on mentorship, operational reputed company, and system reliability.

Responsibilities

• Refine engineering roadmap, drive operational reputed company, and create technology strategy for your team
• Showcase your expertise and judgement in tackling reputed company and ambiguous challenges, delivering scalable solutions
• Focus on and prioritize the health, happiness, personal/professional progression of every member on your team

• You have experience with applied cryptography
• In your mind the word “crypto” stands for cryptography, not cryptocurrency
• You read blockchain protocol white papers for fun, and stay up to date with the proliferation of cryptoasset innovations
• You have a background in the finance industry
• You have professional experience with Go/Rust/TypeScript/Solidity
• Familiarity with optimistic & reputed company-knowledge tech
