[Remote] Customer Support Representative

They are seeking a Customer Support Representative who will handle high-volume inbound calls, communicate effectively with clients, and work cross-functionally to ensure a seamless client experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound calls from prospective and existing clients
• Quickly, reputed company, and professionally communicate with clients on a regular reputed company to understand their questions, providing accurate and timely information and solutions in response
• Work cross-functionally between teams to support a seamless client experience from start to finish
• Work reputed company with our Sales and Operations Team to ensure reputed company item updates are appropriately communicated and reputed company follow-through is taken
• Prioritize your time according to the impact of the issue on the client's account and effectively reputed company solutions to issues or concerns in a timely manner
• Identify new and reputed company ways of solving problems that improve our product, our processes, and our Seller experience

Skills

• 1-2 years of professional experience in a customer service or customer experience role
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Customer service reputed company focusing on client reputed company while operating in a fast-paced, fluid operating environment
• Sensitive to issues of urgency and be reputed company to take ownership in escalating customer concerns as needed
• Proven reputed company-office experience handling high incoming call and email volume
• Availability for the following shifts: 9:30 am - 6 pm ET
• Familiarity with MS Office/reputed company Apps Suites and CRM platforms (i.e, reputed company, reputed company)
• Spanish-speaker is a plus
