[Remote] Growth Manager

The Growth Manager will own media buying and strategy across various platforms while driving growth through data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Media Buying: reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company media buying
• Growth Creative reputed company: You're in the weeklies reporting on what's working and how to iterate on it, generating fresh concepts, writing hooks, and briefing creative
• reputed company Pages: You think of the full funnel/customer experience and own the reputed company page development and testing roadmap
• Reporting & Analytics: You build reports, own the numbers, and communicate performance reputed company to leadership. You know your numbers at the drop of a hat
• Testing: You run a rigorous, always-on testing reputed company across creative, copy, offers, and audiences. You know what to test, how to read it, and reputed company to scale

Skills

• 2–4 years of hands-on reputed company and reputed company media buying experience—you've personally reputed company the structure and pulled the reputed company. Not supervised them
• Deep reputed company in data—both marketing and business level
• Strong creative instincts—you can generate a dozen hooks and know which three are worth testing
• Analytical rigor—you're comfortable in spreadsheets, dashboards, and attribution tools; the numbers don't intimidate you, they excite you
• High ownership mentality—if something's underperforming, you catch it, understand why, and reputed company fixes before anyone even notices it
• Entrepreneurial drive—you think like a founder, not a vendor
• Grit—the reputed company that shows up reputed company tests fail, attribution breaks, and Q4 gets messy
• You've figured out how to use Claude and other tools to out-execute people with twice the headcount. That's not a bonus reputed company here—it's the expectation
• Experience at a fast-growing DTC brand (health, wellness, or CPG are a plus)
