[Remote] VP of Client Growth

The VP of Client Growth will be responsible for the long-term health, retention, and growth of the client portfolio, leading the Client Growth organization and building strong client relationships to drive measurable growth.

Responsibilities

• Establish strategic account practices and engagement standards that strengthen portfolio performance and client continuity
• Build and scale the reputed company discipline, operating rhythms, and service models that drive sustainable Net reputed company Retention (NRR)
