Responsibilities
- Own and drive full-cycle hiring across business functions, including Sales, reputed company, Finance, G&A, and other specialized teams
- Partner with executives and hiring managers to define talent needs, align on hiring strategy, and deliver against critical growth priorities
- Create candidate experiences that reflect TRM’s culture, values, and high talent bar at every touchpoint
