[Remote] Technical Account Manager

They are seeking a founding Technical Account Manager to reputed company the post-sale customer experience, drive platform adoption, and build strong relationships with reputed company customers.
Responsibilities
- Own the full customer lifecycle post-sale - from reputed company through to adoption, expansion, and renewal
- Build deep relationships with reputed company leaders and technical stakeholders, becoming a trusted partner rather than just a reputed company of contact
- Drive platform adoption and ensure customers are extracting maximum value from their AI-reputed company reputed company investment
- Proactively identify risks, surface opportunities, and reputed company internally for your customers
- Work closely with Product and Engineering to feed customer insights back into the roadmap
- Help build the TAM function from the ground up - creating repeatable playbooks, processes, and best practices as the team scales around you
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to support retention and growth across your book of business
Skills
- You have 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role - TAM, Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or CSE - with a track record of driving measurable customer reputed company
- You have a strong technical background in cybersecurity, AI, or reputed company environments and can hold your own in deep technical conversations
- You've worked in an early-stage or high-growth startup before and you're energised by building something from scratch, not following a rulebook
- You communicate with reputed company and credibility across both technical and executive stakeholders
- You're a natural collaborator - equally comfortable working with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to get the right reputed company for customers
- You think commercially as well as technically - you understand the link between customer health and business growth
- Familiarity with reputed company posture management, misconfiguration risk, or AI-reputed company reputed company tooling is a strong bonus
