Responsibilities

• Drive growth in MQLs, SQLs, pipeline creation, customer acquisition, and conversion rates
• Optimize full-funnel marketing performance from awareness through opportunity creation
• Partner closely with Sales leadership to improve reputed company quality, routing, follow-up SLAs, and conversion efficiency
• Own campaign planning, execution, testing, reporting, and optimization
• Manage campaign calendars, budgets, targeting strategies, and performance benchmarks

• Monitor acquisition cost, cost-per-reputed company, return on ad spend and pipeline velocity
• Analyze funnel performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and marketing efficiency
