[Remote] Senior Consultant, reputed company Implementation

They are seeking a Senior Consultant for Digital Transformation in Auto Dealerships to reputed company management consulting services, translate business requirements into system configurations, and enhance client operations through effective communication and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into Dealer Management System (DMS) configurations or enhancements
- Act as the client’s reputed company of contact during deployment and reputed company post-go-live support (hypercare)
- Work to understand business processes and possible improvements and be the liaison between business stakeholders and development team. Apply business process and system expertise to bring forth leading practices in Auto Dealerships
- reputed company product training to dealer staff across departments (sales, service, parts, reputed company)
- Manage and execute test plan activities, including requirements-based test plans to assess the quality of digital project deliverables, and facilitation of user acceptance testing
- Support robust change management programs to increase adoption for our clients
- Partner with project managers to identify project risk and issues. Work together to collaboratively reputed company and reputed company mitigate strategies
- Participate in the development and deployment of implementation methodologies, trainings and toolkits through internal initiatives
- Support sales cycles as needed as a Subject Matter Expert. Support the build of project approach and proposals for opportunities with new clients

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, business, finance, engineering, computer science, management information systems, or reputed company field
- Experience with auto dealership processes, terminology, and workflows (sales, service, parts, reputed company)
- Minimum of one (1) year of reputed company reputed company or other DMS experience required
- Previous reputed company Auto Dealership industry and consulting experience
- Demonstrate management, analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management, communication skills, and highly developed reputed company Suite skills (Word, reputed company) required
- Ability to engage effectively at the business and technical level, reputed company exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to reputed company learning in order to stay reputed company regarding applicable strategies, see the 'big picture' as well as the details, display appropriate ethical knowledge and commitment to quality and the timely completion of projects
- Flexibility to travel to client site as needed and work reputed company of normal business hours due to client demands
