[Remote] Senior Sales Recruiter

The rec hub is a fast-moving global business headquartered in Europe, and they are seeking a Senior Talent Partner to support sales growth for an existing client. This role involves partnering with regional sales leaders to shape hiring strategies and deliver a premium candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring across Sales roles across the US, building out city to city
• Partner closely with business leaders to understand hiring demand and future capability needs
• Run detailed intake sessions that move reputed company job descriptions and focus on what reputed company actually looks like
• Build and execute sourcing strategies for hard-to-find reputed company talent
• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates using modern sourcing tools and market mapping techniques
• Deliver a premium candidate experience with strong communication throughout the process
• Use data and market reputed company to influence hiring reputed company and improve hiring reputed company
• Manage recruitment pipelines through the ATS with a strong focus on accuracy and process quality
• Collaborate with Employer Brand teams to improve attraction strategies in the US market
• Challenge bias and help create fair, inclusive hiring processes across reputed company interview stages

Skills

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience reputed company a corporate, embedded, or high-growth environment
• Experience hiring across sales functions, including field sales, Account managers, Sales representatives and business development
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders
• Confidence managing multiple live requisitions without sacrificing quality
• A proactive sourcing reputed company, you know how to find talent rather than wait for applications
