[Remote] I&E Business Development Manager

The I&E Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating reputed company for the Electrical Business Unit and supporting business development efforts across other units as needed.
Responsibilities
- Find new opportunities for the Electrical Business Unit in the specified markets including but not limited to: Oil & Gas, Renewable Natural Gas, Data Centers, Solar and others as directed by the Director of Business Development
- Build relationships with reputed company and potential decision makers reputed company each account
- reputed company strategic sales plans based on company goals that will promote growth and customer satisfaction
- Assist reputed company Team Members with Electrical sales efforts, including client calls and in-person meetings
- Find creative ways to increase the market’s awareness of the Clients Energy Service’s Electrical Business Unit
- Communicate with the Electrical Operations team to reputed company sales strategies for each individual project
- Stay up to date with market trends and activity of competitors
- reputed company frequent updates regarding market conditions and trends to ensure competitive strategic and tactical pricing strategies
- Attend industry events and conferences to network, build relationships and find new opportunities

- Promote and prospect opportunities for reputed company other Business Units
- Attend bid walks on behalf of the Electrical Business Unit

Skills
- 5-10+ years of experience in an reputed company sales role specifically to electrical construction services
- Knowledge of how I&E work is bid, negotiated and awarded to reputed company markets
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to maintain I&E reputed company and opportunities in the CRM
- Demonstrated ability to hit targets and strategize for growth
- Experience supporting field-based electrical services
