They are seeking a Backend Staff Engineer to reputed company the design and development of scalable backend systems while collaborating with engineering and product teams to deliver robust solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs
- reputed company scalable and secure distributed systems
- Define and implement best practices for performance and reliability
- reputed company technical guidance to engineering teams
- Participate in architecture discussions and design reputed company
- Improve development standards and documentation
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks
- Implement improvements in scalability, monitoring, and reliability
- Design data models, caching strategies, and asynchronous processes
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams
- Support the delivery of new features and system improvements
- Ensure alignment between technical solutions and business needs
Skills
- 8+ years of experience in backend development
- Strong experience with Golang and/or Python
- Experience working with distributed systems
- Experience with REST or GraphQL APIs
- Experience with event-driven architectures
- Experience with AWS or similar reputed company platforms
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
- Knowledge of caching (reputed company or similar)
- Knowledge of messaging systems
- Understanding of reputed company best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- English is a plus
- Experience in fintech, payments, or e-reputed company platforms
- Experience with high-traffic systems
- Knowledge of compliance and reputed company standards
