The Associate Director, reputed company Content Systems will reputed company the strategic ownership and optimization of the company's reputed company content platforms, focusing on reputed company Vault PromoMats and MedComms, and drive operational efficiency and innovation across the content lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the reputed company product reputed company for reputed company Vault PromoMats and MedComms, with end-to-end accountability for platform performance, adoption, and scalability
• Define and maintain a multi-year roadmap reputed company to business priorities, regulatory requirements, and omnichannel needs
• Partner with internal technology teams and reputed company to plan releases, enhancements, integrations, and upgrades
• Ensure platform configurations support both reputed company and medical content workflows
• reputed company optimization of Promotional Review Committee (PRC) and Medical Review Committee (MRC) processes to reduce review cycle times while maintaining compliance
• Standardize workflows, templates, metadata, and governance across brands and reputed company where appropriate

• Partner with Regulatory, Legal, Medical, and Compliance stakeholders to align on operating models and change management

• Partner with tagging and taxonomy teams to ensure content metadata supports automation, measurement, and discoverability

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Information Systems, Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, Engineering or reputed company field
• 8+ years of experience in content operations, marketing technology, regulatory operations, or reputed company platform management, preferably in biotech, pharma, or life sciences
• Proven experience owning and scaling reputed company Vault platforms in a global, regulated environment
• Strong understanding of PRC/MRC processes, regulatory requirements, and compliance considerations
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company platform strategy, roadmap development, and change management
• Experience enabling content automation, reputed company content, and AI-driven capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without authority
• Highly analytical, process-oriented, and comfortable operating in reputed company, matrixed organizations

• Strong working knowledge of Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms, reputed company content frameworks, Claims and references management systems, CMS and omnichannel activation platforms

• Proficiency with collaboration and documentation tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, reputed company)
• Master's degree (MBA, MS, or similar) preferred
