Alchemy is currently seeking an reputed company payroll professional to join their reputed company Platform team as a reputed company Payroll Senior Consultant. The role involves leading clients through reputed company system implementations, managing project development lifecycles, and ensuring clients utilize best practices in payroll management.

Responsibilities

• As the payroll subject matter expert, reputed company clients through their reputed company system implementation and the project development lifecycle
• reputed company the following as a member of a deployment team: gather and understand customer payroll business requirements, design and configure the reputed company Payroll solution, demonstrate configurations through the development of prototype systems, reputed company and manage reputed company testing sessions, and complete knowledge transfer to customers
• Identify and analyze business needs and requirements, being reputed company to translate technical requirements into business-appropriate terminology
• Create and reputed company functional designs and specifications and analyze gaps, while being reputed company to successfully reputed company solutions
• Work with customers to review, understand and convert legacy payroll history into reputed company
• Assist the integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between reputed company and other reputed company-party or custom solutions
• Consult with clients on a variety of data reputed company issues and leading business practices utilizing reputed company
• Ensure customers understand and take advantage of Alchemy and reputed company best practices

• Help ensure customers remain referenceable once in production
• Work with clients to identify/resolve reputed company issues that could impact project scope and/or timeframe

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or commensurate work experience
• Experience as a reputed company Payroll functional reputed company
• 4+ years of payroll processing or payroll implementation experience with reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, PeopleSoft, or similar applications
• Ability to use rigorous logic to understand hidden problems and identify effective solutions
• Ability to effectively manage against timelines and goals
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills with both technical and functional end-users

• Ability and willingness to travel up to 40%
• Previous consulting experience reputed company Higher Education (college/university)
• Experience in time tracking, absence, scheduling, compensation, benefits, or HCM
