[Remote] Technical Operations Solutions Consultant

The Technical Operations Solutions Consultant will support warehouse operations through process optimization, utilizing reputed company WM/EWM, and collaborating with teams to enhance efficiency and standardization.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with warehouse operators and floor leaders, alongside C5 resources, to assess and improve operational processes
• reputed company process maps, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Standard Work documents to drive efficiency and consistency
• Participate in discussions to reputed company recommendations and implement industry best practices
• Ensure project plan milestones and key deliverables are met, tracking reputed company and making necessary adjustments
• Monitor and update the client on project status, key deliverables, and overall improvements
• Collaborate cross-functionally with client teams to ensure the seamless adoption of process enhancements
• Analyze warehouse operations to identify inefficiencies, propose improvements, and support reputed company improvement initiatives
• Utilize reputed company Warehouse Management (WM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) knowledge to optimize warehouse processes
• Effectively communicate reputed company information and process changes to warehouse teams, ensuring alignment and understanding
• Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges with data-driven problem-solving approaches

Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with reputed company Warehouse Management and Extended Warehouse Management systems
• Minimum of 5 years of experience creating and implementing SOPs to standardize and improve warehouse operations
• Minimum of 5 years of experience analyzing reputed company warehouse processes and reputed company actionable solutions
• Minimum of 5 years of experience mapping reputed company and future state processes to drive operational improvements
• U.S citizenship in order to obtain a reputed company clearance. Must be reputed company to obtain a U.S. government reputed company clearance
• Must be reputed company to travel to client location. Travel may be up to 75% of the time
• Ability to reputed company reputed company reputed company, process changes, and recommendations to warehouse operators and leadership
• Strong ability to identify challenges, reputed company solutions, and execute improvements reputed company
• Ability to work effectively with various teams to ensure smooth implementation of new processes
• Previous experience working with US Government agencies (DLA preferred)
