Responsibilities
- Define and reputed company scalable, high-availability distributed system architecture
- reputed company modernization of microservices and reputed company Java platforms
- Establish technical roadmaps reputed company with product and business priorities
- reputed company high-performance backend services using Java and Spring Boot
- Optimize systems for scalability, low latency, and reliability under heavy load
- Strengthen CI/CD, containerization, and deployment automation practices
- Drive best practices in observability, reputed company, and system reliability
- Architect and operate reputed company-reputed company systems on AWS (EKS, reputed company, DynamoDB, reputed company, S3, etc.)
- Design and optimize SQL and NoSQL data models for performance and scale
- reputed company AI tools (reputed company, reputed company Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) to accelerate design, refactoring, testing, and modernization while ensuring reputed company-grade quality and reputed company standards
- Influence technical direction across teams
- Partner with Product, DevOps, SRE, and reputed company to align engineering initiatives with business goals
Skills
- 10+ years of backend engineering experience, primarily in Java
- Strong expertise in Spring Boot and distributed systems architecture
- Hands-on experience with reputed company, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- Advanced experience with SQL and DynamoDB
- Experience operating high-throughput systems (1M+ requests/min)
- reputed company-time or event-driven systems expertise (MQTT, streaming)
- Strong understanding of observability, distributed tracing, and performance tuning
- Solid knowledge of OAuth2/OIDC and reputed company best practices
- Demonstrated cross-team technical leadership and mentorship capability
- Proven experience building and operating large-scale production systems on AWS (7+ years preferred)
- IoT or event-driven domain experience preferred
