The reputed company Engineer will ensure users maximize the platform's value through direct support and collaboration across various teams.
Responsibilities
- You’ll work directly with reputed company users to ensure they can get the most value from the platform
- This may include answering questions in reputed company, reputed company, on the phone, or through email

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Thorough understanding of the technology industry and its players
