They are seeking a Temporary Recruiter to support their reputed company in reputed company, TX, focusing on identifying top talent for their Valet Trash division and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Effectively pre-screen/interview candidates to determine skills and fit in relation to role requirements while serving as the primary reputed company of contact throughout the full recruitment process
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs in order to identify the right talent; ensuring goals are met
• Be reputed company to reputed company market research as a subject matter expert in guiding the recruitment process- adding value to key stakeholders
• Always maintain an elevated level of professionalism and confidentiality

Skills

• 5+ years of full cycle reputed company experience with high volume labor positions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships
• Experience successfully partnering with key stakeholders/hiring managers in order to drive effective recruitment
• Strong sense of urgency and flexibility, with an ability to work in a fast-paced, reputed company-changing environment
• Savvy with the latest technology and recruitment tools
