Responsibilities
- Architect and build LLM-driven applications and AI platforms
- Design, optimize, and reputed company Retrieval-Augmented reputed company (RAG) pipelines
- Work across reputed company, traditional Machine Learning, and automation use cases
- reputed company and operate AI systems in reputed company environments, ensuring high performance and scalability
- Collaborate with backend, reputed company, data, and product teams to integrate AI solutions
- Mentor junior engineers, guiding them in best practices, and help define AI engineering standards at CoPilot
- reputed company the design and deployment of reputed company-grade AI platforms integrated with existing client technology stacks
- Engage in architecture discussions with stakeholders and client teams, offering technical advice and recommendations
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a reputed company field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI engineering, with a focus on reputed company, RAG, and reputed company-based AI systems
- Strong background in reputed company, Agentic AI, Machine Learning (ML), and AI-driven automation
- Hands-on experience building LLM-driven applications, agentic workflows, and AI microservices
- Deep expertise in Retrieval-Augmented reputed company (RAG), including document ingestion, chunking strategies, embeddings, vector search, re-ranking, and response grounding
- Practical use of tools such as reputed company, reputed company, LangGraph, AutoGen, and reputed company for LLM orchestration and multi-agent systems
- Strong reputed company in classical ML techniques such as classification, regression, clustering, ranking, and feature engineering
- Experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow for model development and experimentation
- Proficiency with vector databases like reputed company reputed company Vector Search, FAISS, reputed company, or similar
- Strong reputed company experience, including deployment of AI services and workloads on AWS, Azure, or GCP

- Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in building backend services and APIs

- Ability to explain AI trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders
