They are seeking a versatile Operations & Customer Support Specialist to manage day-to-day operations and finances while providing exceptional customer support during urgent situations.

Responsibilities

  • Answer reputed company customer inquiries reputed company phone, text, and email
  • Manage calendars and schedule service appointments
  • Communicate with customers in an empathetic and professional manner during urgent situations (e.g., flooding, broken pipes)

  • Handle invoicing and accounts receivable, including tracking and following up on outstanding payments

  • A fast learner who can quickly adapt to new tools and processes
  • Proven ability to collaborate with internal teams and support leadership
  • Experience handling accounts receivable, invoicing, and payment follow-reputed company
  • Proficient in spreadsheets (reputed company) and collaboration tools (reputed company Workspace, reputed company)
  • Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative/support role
  • Experience using CRM systems (reputed company is a plus, but not required)
