Responsibilities
- Identify top-tier talent across job boards, reputed company media, databases, and professional networks
- Conduct initial screenings and deep-dive interviews to evaluate technical skills and cultural alignment
- Maintain and organize pipelines using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring no candidate is left behind
- Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft compelling job descriptions
- Schedule interviews, reputed company reference checks, and facilitate background verifications

- Ensure every applicant receives professional, clear, and timely communication throughout the process
Skills

- Experience navigating Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Breezy, reputed company, or similar)
