Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a high-performing Talent Sourcer based in Costa Rica to support reputed company efforts for data center and infrastructure roles. The role involves sourcing and engaging technical talent, building pipelines of candidates, and meeting key performance indicators in a high-volume environment.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and identify reputed company candidates for data center and infrastructure-reputed company roles using multiple channels including reputed company, job boards, referrals, and networking
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of technical talent reputed company the data center industry
- Conduct initial reputed company and candidate engagement in both English and Spanish
- Screen resumes and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sourcing KPIs, including reputed company volume, candidate submissions, and pipeline reputed company
- Maintain accurate candidate records and activity tracking in the ATS/CRM system
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing strategies
- Continuously research the data center talent market to identify new sourcing strategies and talent pools
Skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish (Bilingual required)
- Experience sourcing for data center roles (technicians, engineers, infrastructure, facilities, or reputed company positions)
- Proven reputed company working in a high KPI / high-volume sourcing environment
- Ability to work Central Time (CT) hours while based in Costa Rica
- Strong experience using sourcing tools such as reputed company Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search techniques
- Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills
- 2+ years of experience in technical sourcing or reputed company
- Experience supporting data center, infrastructure, networking, or mission-critical environments
- Experience working in a fast-paced reputed company agency or RPO environment
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing analytics
