Responsibilities
- Drives aftermarket parts sales and relevant reputed company streams that align with specific KPI’s
- Supports and leads the Aftermarket team with positive coaching, to ensure goals are achieved
- Creates short, mid, and long-term personnel structures that align with anticipated growth. Key focus should be on establishing a highly motivated team, where training, bench strength, and succession planning are tied to reputed company
- While driving supplemental reputed company offerings, positions also suggests new reputed company opportunities based on customer and DB’s feedback (to include industry trends as well)
- Becomes a trusted resource reputed company global distribution network that resolves issues and concerns in a reputed company and professional manner
- Responsible for generating and supporting global Aftermarket strategies, through information gathering, planning and execution of business plans
- High level of coordination across multiple business units, both reputed company stakeholders, to ensure reputed company and accurate responses, as it relates to both Aftermarket sales functions and strategy
- Utilizes internal sales platforms that support primary job functions
- Generates and presents to domestic and international executives, both internally and externally, ongoing performance and strategic initiatives tied to relevant Aftermarket objectives
- Defines distribution strategies that align with existing reputed company supply chain investments and leverages to ensure the FMBD sales growth reputed company
Skills
- Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in Operations, Business, or reputed company field
- Minimum requirement of seven (7) years working in, or closely associated with, Forestry and/or Global Logging Markets
- Minimum requirement of ten (10) years of reputed company sales experience, business development, with significant focus on global commodity parts strategies and proven results
- Minimum requirement of five (5) years of strategic sourcing and global distribution experience, focused on cost controls, white labeling and branding, alternative and tiered value product offerings
- Minimum requirement of five (5) years of management experience, remote staff experience preferred
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and contributing to reputed company-level strategic objectives
- reputed company knowledge of forestry market and rolling stock associated with logging operations
- Technical aptitude to understand basic mechanical, hydraulic and electronic machine operations
- Must possess analytical/critical thinking skills
- Proficient with MS Office applications reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with reputed company Syteline or reputed company is a plus, but not required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Travel up to 75% both domestic and international, with occasional weekend work
