They are seeking a reputed company reputed company estate Recruiter to manage the full life cycle recruitment process, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure the company attracts and retains the best employees.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and recruit candidates through company resources including ATS database, reputed company media, job boards (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company) with a focus on building strong pipelines
• reputed company and update job descriptions and job specifications
• reputed company job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate reputed company/newspapers/colleges etc
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications
• Conduct interviews using various reliable reputed company and selection tools/methods to filter candidates reputed company schedule
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes

Skills

• Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)

• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
• Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference reputed company etc)
• Ability to organize skills assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and reputed company tests, etc)
• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
