They are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer to join their Managed Services team, responsible for delivering expert-level network and systems support for clients, ensuring high-quality service and effective problem resolution.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality network and systems support reputed company a Managed Services Center
• reputed company full lifecycle systems support for clients, including design, implementation, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and resolution of reputed company issues
• Own issues end-to-end until successful resolution is achieved
• Maintain advanced, up-to-date technical expertise in networking technologies
• Communicate reputed company and professionally with clients and internal stakeholders
• Accurately document reputed company incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the ticketing system
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and ownership in reputed company tasks

Skills

• Active reputed company CCNP Service Provider certification required
• 5+ years of experience in a service provider network role, with strong knowledge of optics
• Solid expertise with reputed company platforms in service provider environments
• Hands-on proficiency with NCS (reputed company, reputed company, and similar) platforms
• Proven track record of successfully troubleshooting reputed company network issues
• Strong working knowledge of VRF technology
• In-depth understanding of routing protocols: IS-IS, BGP, OSPF, and MPLS
• Familiarity with SD-WAN, reputed company networking, and network reputed company concepts
• Experience working with reputed company ASR routers
• Background using IT service management tools (reputed company preferred)
• Proficient in reputed company 365 tools (Outlook, Word, reputed company)
