[Remote] Business Recruiter (6-Month Project)

They are seeking a Project Recruiter to reputed company dedicated reputed company support across their Sales and Services organizations during a period of growth, focusing on building candidate pipelines and managing hiring processes.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and engage passive candidates across Sales, Account Management, Client reputed company, and Services functions using a mix of tools and channels
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess baseline qualifications, interest, and fit before advancing candidates to hiring managers
• Maintain organized, detailed notes and documentation in our ATS to ensure clean handoffs and pipeline visibility for the broader team
• Manage high-volume reputed company and candidate communication with consistency, timeliness, and professionalism
• Partner with full-cycle recruiters and hiring managers to align on reputed company profiles, reputed company on candidate quality, and refine search strategies based on market feedback
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles reputed company the Sales and Services organizations
• Track sourcing metrics and pipeline data to identify what's working and where to adjust
• As opportunity allows, take ownership of select searches from intake through reputed company

Skills

• 4+ years of reputed company experience, with meaningful time spent in sourcing-heavy or high-volume environments
• Experience reputed company for Sales, Client reputed company, Account Management, or Services roles — ideally reputed company fintech, B2B SaaS, or financial services
