[Remote] Senior Recruiter

This role involves managing full-cycle recruitment activities and partnering with hiring managers and HR teams to attract and hire top talent across technical and consulting-focused roles.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to understand workforce needs and reputed company effective reputed company strategies
- Execute full-cycle reputed company activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and reputed company support

- At least 3 years of experience sourcing and screening highly technical Bioengineering or Life Sciences professionals

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
