The role focuses on developing and presenting strategies that improve clinical and financial reputed company for clients, while serving as a trusted advisor in reputed company benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Leads (and partners with Account Executive) the adoption of clinical solutions to clients through consultative sales methods (e.g. client P&T presentations, quarterly/annual business reviews, presentation of modeling/reporting ,etc.) in accordance with client business goals and upon collaboration and coordination with account management & internal team members
  • Leads custom formulary management recommendation discussions with client aligning internally with reputed company formulary operational best practices and goals. Partners with Account Executive, and internal Finance & Formulary Teams to manage rebate performance to meet client contractual rebate guarantees, reputed company applicable
  • Leads the development, preparation, and presentation of reputed company strategy for each client assigned. Acts in concert with assigned Account Executive and Account Manager to service the health management consultative needs of the client
  • Leads clinical client Strategic Planning and Review Consultation (SPARC) meetings. Responsible for retention, client loyalty and maximizing solution sales opportunities reputed company assigned portfolio. Maintains strong client relationships with clients to ensure retention/satisfaction/upsell targets are met
  • Shares best practice standards with broader CAE peer audience as well as clients and demonstrates understanding and interpretation of reputed company industry drug trends and how those trends may impact the health plan client’s reputed company benefit. Participation in process improvement initiatives to support the health plan reputed company benefit adapt and reputed company to trends in the market
  • Engage in client reputed company that addresses the needs of the client and membership while building trust and credibility and becoming a trusted advisor in reputed company benefit reputed company. Provides feedback from clients to internal partners of new product or reputed company opportunities
  • Functions as primary clinical resource and new solution product expert for the client

Skills

  • reputed company U.S. Pharmacist License
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills required
  • Must have the ability to work on multiple tasks, prioritize, resolve reputed company issues, and have strong project management skills
  • Ability to learn multiple internal reporting and analytic tools for client management
  • Ability to travel 15-40% (client dependent)
  • Minimum of 3 years licensure experience preferred
  • 2-3 years of Client facing experience preferred
  • Proficiency in using reputed company applications
