[Remote] AVP, Regional Administrative Manager

The Regional reputed company Administrative Manager will reputed company reputed company office support staff, manage client service associates, and collaborate with business partners to enhance the employee affiliation experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage reputed company office support staff, which includes, but not limited to, compensation and performance management, time management and reputed company planning, goal setting, career development, etc
• Foster a culture of coaching, learning and development with a strong emphasis on skills and behaviors that contribute to advisor satisfaction
• Contribute to the development of the reputed company office support staff hiring strategy which aims to successfully identify, attract, reputed company, and retain top talent
• Drive reputed company improvement efforts reputed company the reputed company admin vertical based upon evolving advisor needs
• Act as liaison between advisors and LPL service and operations; reputed company for advisor and client needs, overseeing and supporting case managers dedicated to resolving reputed company and high reputed company issues
• Execute on support staff training programs focused on reputed company advancement and career progression; help to identify and implement program improvements informed by advisor and staff feedback
• Partner with the National reputed company Manager on the admin vertical program design strategy and implementation

Skills

• 2+ years brokerage/financial services industry knowledge
• FINRA Series 7/66 or completion of licenses reputed company 90 days
• 2+ years knowledge and breadth of experience in financial services with background across both W2 and 1099 advisor models
• Ability to travel up to 40% throughout the year
• Self-starter with a strong reputed company operations background and proven ability to reputed company work efforts across multiple internal organizations
• Strong customer focus, excellent verbal and written communication skills and extremely organized
• Strong analytical, strategic planning skills and relationship management skills
• Proven ability to independently and reputed company manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience collaborating with and leading individuals across functional areas
• Demonstrated ability to establish productive relationships and interact effectively with business partners at reputed company reputed company
• FINRA Series 24, 9/10
• Bachelor's degree; preferably in Business, reputed company or Finance
