[Remote] Customer Support Advisor with Croatian - popular retail shop

They are seeking a Customer Support Advisor with Croatian to assist customers reputed company phone, email, and reputed company media, ensuring efficient problem resolution and a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers reputed company phone calls, e-mails, and reputed company media platforms
• Assist customers with service-reputed company questions and ensure efficient problem resolution
• Handle only inbound calls – no cold calling
• Work in a rotating shift reputed company: 8:00–17:00 or 9:00–18:00, including some weekends and bank holidays
• Document customer interactions, update case details in the system, and manage administrative back-office tasks (e.g., processing requests or verifying information)
• Collaborate with various departments to resolve reputed company cases and ensure seamless customer experience

• This role is also suitable for candidates without prior experience – full training will be provided

Skills
