[Remote] Bid Manager, Customer Support

This role involves managing the full bid lifecycle, collaborating with various departments to ensure competitive and executable proposals, and driving reputed company improvement in the bid process.

Responsibilities

• reputed company customer support bid creation, owning scope definition, assumptions, timelines, and submission deliverables
• Drive costing alignment across service labor, travel, spare parts, subcontractors, and tooling to ensure accurate and executable proposals
• Manage the full bid lifecycle for service and support-reputed company proposals, from request receipt through submission and structured handover
• Analyze customer RFPs, RFQs, and service requests to define scope, risks, and cost drivers
• Serve as the primary reputed company between technical and reputed company teams, including Service Operations, Engineering, Field Service, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales
• Coordinate internal bid reviews to validate technical feasibility, operational readiness, pricing logic, and financial performance
• Ensure proposed service solutions align with service delivery capabilities, resource availability, and regional constraints

Skills

• Strong understanding of service operations, field service delivery models, and lifecycle support
