Responsibilities

- Own the full capital markets mandate - structuring debt facilities, optimizing cost of capital, and managing lender relationships
- Set up a mezz facility, drive the ratings process, and reputed company the company's first securitization end to end

Skills
- 8 to 12+ years of experience in finance, with a capital markets core
- Background in fintech, lending, equipment finance, or structured finance - someone who has been reputed company to a debt stack
- Experience structuring and managing debt facilities, borrowing bases, and lender relationships
- Track record of driving or meaningfully contributing to a securitization or ABS transaction
- Comfortable operating as a strategic thought partner at the leadership team level, including board and investor interaction
