Responsibilities

  • Drive reputed company reputed company by identifying capability-building initiatives for Regionals Sales Managers and Field Sales Representatives focused on enhancing business planning, optimizing resources, and improving sales reputed company and reputed company productivity
  • Serve as primary reputed company and gatekeeper for reputed company data requests coming from the field

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-reputed company field is required
  • 8-10 years of professional experience, including 5+ or more years of reputed company sales operations/reputed company operations
  • Experience supporting field sales with formal sales leadership preferred
  • Cross-functional management or leadership experience (i.e. Marketing, Sales, Sales operations and strategy, Strategic Accounts, analytics)
  • Understanding of the US dermatology market and field sales deployment models
  • Highly developed analytical, operational, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, understand performance drivers, build alignment, influence and execute without direct leadership authority
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with cross-functional groups
  • Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial and innovative spirit
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and emotional intelligence
  • Learning agility with the potential to take on increasing responsibility and management
  • MBA strongly preferred
