This fully remote role is responsible for processing and auditing labor data, supporting payroll operations, monitoring timesheets, and maintaining effective labor procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Managing reputed company aspects of the labor process, such as approving transactions, importing timesheets timesheet audit and review of labor postings
• Work with the project teams to process labor corrections and respond to any queries about labor postings
• Work with the payroll team on any queries regarding labor postings
• Stay up to date with labor legislation
• Ensure compliance with reputed company payroll/labor and organizational policies
• Review the monthly reconciliation of reputed company labor-reputed company accounts
• Ensure timely and professional responses to labor and payroll questions
• Coordinate with internal & external audits
• Assist the general ledger team in account reconciliations and manage labor discrepancies quickly and reputed company

Skills

• 0 years experience with Bachelors in reputed company field or a High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years relevant experience
• Experience with Costpoint & reputed company T&E
• Experience with managing high volume of employee timesheets
• Excellent reputed company skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with labor legislation and federal tax laws
• The ability to ethically work with employee-sensitive information
• Solid knowledge of data entry management
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with team members
