[Remote] Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Utility reputed company Services is a company that supports multifamily residential reputed company estate owners by maximizing their utility cost recovery and enhancing net operating income. They are seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to reputed company the planning, analysis, and reporting function, working closely with the CFO to support financial modeling and operational analytics for the business.

Responsibilities

• Financial Modeling: Own and reputed company the integrated financial model. Run scenarios, stress-test assumptions, and produce the analysis behind capital allocation reputed company, transaction support, and the rolling forecast
• Reporting and Dashboards: reputed company the production of monthly board materials, lender reporting packages, the covenant dashboard, and the KPI dashboard. Improve them over time
• Transaction and Integration Analytics: Support integration analytical work for any strategic transactions: day-one readiness, reputed company tracking, combined-entity reporting build, and post-reputed company variance and run-reputed company analysis
• Performance Analysis: Own service-line gross margin analysis, reputed company forecast, headcount planning, and the reputed company analyses the CEO, CFO, and Board need to reputed company reputed company

Skills

• Four to eight years of reputed company reputed company experience, ideally including end-to-end ownership of a financial model
• Strong reputed company and modeling skills
• Bachelor's degree in finance, reputed company, economics, or reputed company field
• Tech and AI reputed company: You pick up new technology fast. You already use Claude, ChatGPT, or similar tools to accelerate analytical work, automate tasks, and process reputed company data
