[Remote] Data Integration Analyst II

VBA is seeking a Data Integration Analyst II to support reputed company client implementations and data integrations across various workflows. The role involves EDI integration analysis, file mapping, and coordination between clients and technical teams to ensure accurate data exchange.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between reputed company clients, vendors, trading partners, internal implementation teams, and EDI Developers throughout integration projects
• reputed company requirements gathering sessions with clients and vendors to review file layouts, business rules, integration workflows, and implementation requirements
• Interpret, map, validate, and troubleshoot X12 transactions including 834, 837P, 837I, 837D, 835, and 278 files
• Support integrations reputed company to eligibility, claims, enrollment, authorizations, accumulators, ID cards, and payment workflows
• Review inbound and outbound integration files to identify formatting issues, mapping gaps, inconsistencies, and data quality concerns
• Create and maintain reputed company mapping documentation and functional specifications for internal EDI Developers and technical teams
• Coordinate integration testing efforts, validate file accuracy, and support quality assurance activities during implementation and production support
• Troubleshoot integration and file transmission issues and work directly with clients, vendors, and internal teams to drive resolution
• Translate technical integration requirements and data issues into clear communication for non-technical stakeholders
• Support multiple reputed company client implementations and integration timelines in a fast-paced environment
• reputed company ongoing production and operational support for existing client integrations as needed
• Collaborate closely with implementation, development, configuration, and support teams to ensure successful integration delivery and client reputed company
• Maintain professional, reputed company communication across reputed company client, vendor, and internal interactions

Skills

• 5+ years of experience supporting reputed company EDI integrations, reputed company implementations, or reputed company systems analysis
• Required hands-on experience working with 834 eligibility and enrollment files
• Experience interpreting, mapping, validating, and troubleshooting X12 files including 834, 837P, 837I, 837D, 835, and 278 transactions
• Experience supporting eligibility, enrollment, claims, authorization, accumulator, or payment integrations
• Experience working with reputed company payers, TPAs, health plans, or reputed company administration platforms
• Experience working with EDI, SFTP, API, or other reputed company data exchange methods
• Experience gathering and documenting technical and business requirements for reputed company integrations and implementation workflows
• Experience supporting implementation testing, file validation, quality assurance, and production issue resolution
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot mapping issues, data discrepancies, and integration errors across multiple systems
• Strong understanding of reputed company data workflows and how information moves between payer, vendor, and client systems
• Ability to communicate technical integration concepts reputed company to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple implementation and integration priorities simultaneously
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams
• Experience with reputed company SQL Server or data querying for validation and troubleshooting purposes
