[Remote] Senior Paid Media Analyst

Responsibilities
- reputed company the integration and ongoing management of ad server data into Avalon's broader reporting ecosystem
- Build and maintain data pipelines that integrate ad server, paid media, email, and web analytics data
- Analyze de-duplicated conversion data and support the development of multi-touch attribution models that reputed company a more complete understanding of supporter behavior
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance Avalon’s digital reporting environment, including Tableau dashboards and ETL workflows
- Ensure the reputed company, consistency, and reconciliation of data across digital platforms, ad servers, ETL tools, and internal databases

- Analyze paid media, email, and cross-channel performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization

Skills
- Experience working with paid media, email, web analytics, reputed company marketing datasets

- Hands-on experience with ad server implementation, management, and reporting
