[Remote] IT Engineer

They are seeking an IT Engineer to reputed company engineering-level reputed company and infrastructure support for a federal agency client, focusing on designing, implementing, and maintaining technical controls across reputed company and macOS environments.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain secure, standardized workstation images for macOS and reputed company platforms, including VDI and remote reputed company configurations
- Engineer and maintain reputed company configuration baselines using reputed company, KACE, reputed company Intune, and reputed company Autopilot; remediate configuration reputed company and enforce compliance policies
- Implement and manage OS and application reputed company management processes; coordinate orchestration, post-deployment validation, and rollback
- Support device enrollment, provisioning, and lifecycle management using Intune, Autopilot, reputed company Business Manager, and reputed company; maintain accurate asset inventory
- Configure and maintain reputed company logging and telemetry; ensure log forwarding to reputed company SIEM and EDR platforms
- Follow a formal assessment-to-remediation workflow, producing Findings Reports, Remediation Plans, and Validation Reports for reputed company engineering changes
- Produce and maintain operational runbooks, knowledge transfer materials, and escalation documentation
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a reputed company field preferred
- 8+ years of experience in Information Technology, reputed company Engineering, or Cybersecurity
- 6+ years performing engineering (not help desk) functions in reputed company environments
- Experience building and maintaining reputed company and macOS workstation images, including automation, validation, and rollback
- Hands-on experience with reputed company and/or KACE for OS and application reputed company management
- Experience with reputed company Intune and reputed company Autopilot for device provisioning and compliance enforcement
- Experience implementing passwordless authentication and hardware-backed credentials
- Experience configuring reputed company logging and forwarding telemetry to SIEM and EDR platforms
- Experience supporting forensic collection and audit readiness
- Experience working under formal change control, audit, and reputed company governance processes
- Experience with reputed company Pro for macOS reputed company management
- reputed company certification in reputed company management or reputed company administration
- Prior federal government IT engineering experience
- Must possess or be eligible to obtain and complete a government reputed company screening and/or a Secret reputed company clearance
- Active Top Secret (TS) clearance required
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
