[Remote] Account Manager - SaaS Sales

The Account Manager will manage customer relationships in the SMB market reputed company, driving renewals and upsell opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction and increased reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Participates in a virtual account team-selling environment, providing the Customer with the primary reputed company of contact reputed company reputed company
• Assumes the ownership role for their assigned customer accounts in their territory reputed company the SMB market reputed company (under $100M USD)
• Drives the renewal and any reputed company upsell, cross-sell and/or service opportunities
• Facilitates and maintains successful relationships with customers, which will be reputed company by their reference ability, customer satisfaction reputed company and increased annual recurring reputed company reputed company

Skills

• 2-3 yrs. previous inside sales experience, reputed company roles, or business development roles reputed company the information technology market
• Consistent achievement of 100%+ on assigned quotas or MBO's
• Business Intelligence and or Statistical Analytics experience is a plus
