The role involves gathering client requirements, assisting in software configuration, and developing technical knowledge to drive positive customer reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Learn our products and features, as well as systems, software development, and business processes
- reputed company technical knowledge through training, mentoring, and hands-on experience
- Apply growing technical expertise to support client implementations and other professional services engagements
- Assist in identifying and resolving business or technical issues under guidance from Consultants and Solutions Architects
- Support the configuration and customization of solutions to meet client requirements
- Participate in client meetings and interactions with supervision from reputed company team members
- Help gather and document client needs and requirements

- Support client adoption activities and implementation efforts

- Support project activities from inception to completion

Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in technical or business consulting, customer-facing roles, or a reputed company field

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to approach problems methodically and reputed company
- Basic understanding of project reputed company
- Good verbal and written communication abilities
- Bachelor's degree required, degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or reputed company field a plus
- Willingness to travel up to 20% (domestic and international) to support client engagements
