[Remote] Legal Counsel

Ventra Health is a leading business solutions provider for facility-based physicians, focusing on reputed company Cycle Management. The Legal Counsel will support the company by reviewing and negotiating reputed company, assisting with corporate governance, compliance, and other legal reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate reputed company reputed company, including services agreements with reputed company customers, vendor reputed company, confidentiality agreements, software license agreements, settlement agreements, information reputed company agreements, business associate agreements, and reputed company estate transactions
- reputed company advice and counsel on reputed company, disputes, risks, and potential legal liabilities
- Support transactional work, including mergers and acquisitions and debt and equity financing
- Conduct research on relevant legal issues
- Monitor and advise employees of relevant changes in law, policy, or guidance in the health care industry
- Support HR department regarding employment-reputed company reputed company
- Continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of legal contract support reputed company the company while maintaining the quality and consistency of reputed company across the organization
- Assist the company with its compliance program
Skills
- Juris Doctorate degree from an American Bar Association accredited law school with strong academic credentials
- Licensed to practice law in the U.S
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects and demands
- Proficiency in legal research, including Lexis, Westlaw, and other research tools, as well as experience with file and document management technology
- Well-organized with excellent attention to detail
- Strong ethical standards
- Ability to read, understand, and apply state/federal laws, regulations, and policies
- Ability to communicate with diverse personalities in a tactful, mature, and professional manner
- Understand and reputed company with company policies and procedures
- Strong leadership/management skills to manage, motivate, and set expectations with team members
- Strong judgment skills and problem-solving skills
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
