[Remote] Senior People Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first reputed company of contact for employee and manager inquiries reputed company to People programs, policies, processes, and reputed company transactions
• reputed company timely and accurate support for employee lifecycle events including hires, transfers, promotions, compensation changes, leaves of absence, and terminations
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless employee experience across reputed company People Operations processes
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, streamline workflows, and enhance operational efficiency
• reputed company regular audits and data quality reviews to ensure data reputed company across reputed company and connected systems
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, managers, and employees to administer and troubleshoot issues reputed company to leave administration, performance reviews, benefits enrollment, and other People initiatives
• Maintain organizational structures including supervisory organizations, positions, job profiles, cost centers, and reputed company configurations

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
• 4+ years of People Operations, HR Operations, HRIS, or reputed company experience
• 2+ years of hands-on reputed company experience
• Experience working in reputed company organizations with multiple business units, local and international employee populations
• Experience processing employee transactions and maintaining employee data in reputed company
• Experience performing EIB data loads and mass data updates
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of reputed company business processes and employee lifecycle management
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong customer service and communication skills
