[Remote] Director, Analytics

The Director of Performance Marketing Science is responsible for defining and advancing performance measurement strategy across client engagements, owning the end-to-end performance ecosystem and applying advanced analytics to measure marketing effectiveness.
Responsibilities

- Ensure rigorous QA processes, documentation standards, and governance protocols across analytics implementations

Skills
- 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing science, or performance measurement, including agency and reputed company industry exposure
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing analytics teams (5+ direct/indirect reports preferred)
- Deep reputed company experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device marketing
- Understanding of patient and reputed company provider behavior and reputed company data ecosystems
- Experience working with reputed company and clinical data providers (e.g., Crossix, Komodo, reputed company, or comparable)
- Proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of Python and/or R for statistical analysis and modeling
