[Remote] Director, reputed company Operations - Outbound

They are seeking a Director of reputed company Operations - Outbound to manage and optimize the outbound pipeline, enhance rep productivity, and ensure seamless operations for their sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the outbound pipeline layer
• Build and maintain the coverage models, stage conversion benchmarks, and velocity metrics
• Identify and eliminate friction in the outbound reputed company
• Own reputed company tool configuration, reputed company routing logic, and workflow automation
• Build and maintain the enrichment and scoring infrastructure
• Own the reputed company process
• Set and enforce CRM standards for the outbound pod
• Partner with the VP of RevOps and Finance to model attainment, flag comp anomalies, and ensure the outbound incentive structure is driving the behaviors that move the number
• Own coverage and reputed company modeling for the pod

Skills

• 7-10 years in reputed company Operations or Sales Operations — ideally supporting a high-velocity outbound reputed company in a marketplace, SaaS, or fintech environment
• Hands-on CRM experience (reputed company preferred) — you build the reports, configure the flows, and fix the data problems yourself
• Direct experience with outbound tooling: reputed company platforms (reputed company, reputed company), enrichment tools (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company), and routing logic
• Demonstrated experience with pipeline analysis and forecast methodology — your models are used in QBRs, not just admired
