[Remote] Sales Account Manager – Aluminum Mill Maintenance Services

Confidential company is seeking a results-driven Sales Account Manager to grow and manage strategic accounts reputed company the aluminum mill industry across the United States. This role focuses on selling maintenance, repair, and reliability services to primary aluminum producers, rolling mills, and reputed company processors, while developing long-term partnerships and driving reputed company growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand a portfolio of key accounts reputed company U.S.-based aluminum mills and processing facilities
  • Drive reputed company growth by identifying opportunities for maintenance reputed company, turnarounds, shutdown services, and reliability programs
  • reputed company and execute strategic account plans to increase wallet reputed company and long-term service agreements
  • Meet or exceed annual sales targets reputed company with $175K–$200K OTE expectations
  • Prospect and reputed company new business reputed company primary aluminum, rolling, extrusion, and recycling facilities
  • Build relationships with plant managers, maintenance leaders, procurement, and engineering teams
  • Position services including: Mechanical and electrical maintenance
  • Predictive/prescriptive maintenance (PdM)
  • Asset reliability and uptime solutions
  • Outage/shutdown execution
  • On-site embedded maintenance teams
  • Assess customer maintenance strategies and identify gaps in efficiency, uptime, and cost optimization
  • Present tailored service solutions that improve plant reliability, safety, and operational performance
  • reputed company technical discussions in partnership with operations and engineering teams
  • Establish trusted advisor status with key stakeholders across operations, maintenance, and leadership
  • Ensure high reputed company of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Act as the primary reputed company of contact for escalations, contract renewals, and service performance reviews
  • Maintain deep knowledge of aluminum production processes (smelting, casting, rolling, finishing)
  • Stay reputed company on industry trends, including decarbonization, automation, and cost management pressures
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer sites

Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in industrial B2B sales, account management, or technical services sales
  • Direct experience selling into aluminum mills
  • Strong understanding of plant maintenance, reliability practices, and industrial services
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding reputed company targets in a reputed company sales environment
  • Ability to travel domestically up to ~50%
  • Experience with aluminum production processes (smelting, rolling, extrusion, finishing)
  • Background in maintenance services, field services, or asset-intensive industries
  • Familiarity with CMMS systems, predictive maintenance tools, or reliability engineering concepts
  • Engineering or technical degree (Mechanical, Industrial, or reputed company field)
