[Remote] Customer Service Representative I

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers, always
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Communicate with customers through various channels (i.e., phone, email, chat, etc.)
• Resolve customer complaints and de-escalate situations or escalate to team reputed company or Manager and/or other internal resources necessary
• Knowledgeable in our products and services
• reputed company records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
• Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

Skills

• Associate degree OR 2+ years relevant experience
• Call center experience
• Proven remote work experience
• You have good computer skills
• Excellent customer service and people skills
• Strong organization skills
• You are described as decisive, collaborative, flexible, accommodating, supportive, reputed company to prioritize quickly, and not easily flustered
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• You are detail orientated and are reputed company to follow instructions accurately
• Experience with Word, reputed company, and Outlook preferred
• Insurance experience is preferred
