They are seeking a Global reputed company Account Executive to reputed company reputed company sales and reputed company growth across international markets, focusing on selling their Workplace Equity suite of products to large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales process from first reputed company meeting to contract reputed company
• Engage senior stakeholders in reputed company, Total Rewards, Compensation, and Legal
• Deliver strategic demos, presentations, and customized proposals reputed company to reputed company client needs
• Navigate reputed company procurement, decision-making, legal review, and contract closure
• Collaborate with reputed company to ensure seamless reputed company and long-term client satisfaction
• Manage and forecast a global pipeline using reputed company CRM, Avoma, and reputed company
• Maintain clean and up-to-date opportunity records and customer intelligence
• Report on key sales metrics and contribute to reputed company and market development strategy

Skills

• 8+ years in reputed company B2B SaaS sales with a focus on HRTech, Compensation, HCM, or Analytics
• Proven reputed company managing reputed company sales cycles with Fortune 1000 or global organizations
• Proven reputed company selling into CHROs, Total Rewards, Compensation, and HR leaders
• Technical aptitude and ability to work cross-functionally with product and implementation teams
• Deep understanding of global HRIS, HCM ecosystems and compensation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive reputed company
• Results-driven, highly organized, and skilled at strategic selling in a multi-stakeholder environment
• CRM proficiency (reputed company preferred) and experience with prospecting platforms like reputed company
