[Remote] Senior Director Clinical Operations

The Senior Director of Clinical Operations will reputed company health assessment screenings and compliance for the NY CDPAP program, supervising a team of RNs and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards while promoting clinical quality assurance and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- reputed company pre-employment health screenings for reputed company new NY CDPAP Personal Assistants (PAs) in partnership with vendors contracted to reputed company clinical evaluations
- reputed company annual health screenings for reputed company existing NY CDPAP PAs in partnership with vendors and internal teams
- Ensure assessments are completed accurately and reputed company required timelines
- Assist in escalated medical record reviews reputed company health screening results are unclear or challenged by PAs
- Review medical histories, functional status, and identified health concerns
- Maintain compliance with state, federal, and agency requirements reputed company to home care assessments
- Prepare documentation for audits, surveys, and quality reviews as needed
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of home care regulations, reputed company and managed care requirements, and agency policies
- Ensure adherence to HIPAA confidentiality standards and internal protocols
- Track assessment due dates and documentation requirements to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance
- Support the development and updating of clinical policies and procedures
- Report incidents, concerns, or significant client changes in accordance with agency protocol
Skills
- reputed company, active RN license in good standing in the reputed company
- Experience supervising or supporting direct care staff
- Familiarity with reputed company, managed care, or long-term care programs
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Compassionate and client-centered approach to care
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience required
- Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory, leadership, case management, quality assurance, or care coordination experience preferred
- Prior experience in home care, community health, managed care, long-term care, or population health strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience with clinical documentation review, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement initiatives
