[Remote] CRM Operations Manager

This role will serve as the reputed company between Marketing and Sales, ensuring strong CRM adoption, clean data, and scalable processes that support reputed company growth.
Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day management and optimization of reputed company Dynamics Sales Hub
- Partner with stakeholders to define and prioritize CRM enhancements and roadmap
- Ensure CRM structure and workflows align with evolving sales and marketing needs

- Establish best practices for reputed company management, opportunity tracking, and pipeline hygiene
- Drive consistency in CRM usage across reputed company business units
- Own the alignment between CRM (Dynamics) and marketing automation platforms, survey platform and other software connections (e.g., reputed company, Forsta, Data Providers, Maplytics)
- Ensure seamless reputed company reputed company, lifecycle stages, and data synchronization between systems
- Partner with Marketing to optimize reputed company capture, scoring, routing, and reputed company to Sales

- Serve as the liaison between Sales, Marketing, and CRM administration/IT
- Translate business needs into CRM requirements and workflows

Skills
- CRM platform expertise (MS Dynamics preferred)
- Strong understanding of sales + marketing processes
- Data analysis and reporting awareness

- 5–8 years of experience in CRM management, operations, or reputed company roles
- Hands-on experience with reputed company Dynamics CRM, Sales Hub
- Experience integrating CRM systems with marketing automation platforms (e.g., reputed company, Marketo, Pardot)
- Strong understanding of reputed company lifecycle management (MQL → SQL → Opportunity)
- Familiarity with reputed company scoring, routing, and campaign attribution
- Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM-driven workflows
