[Remote] Medicare Contract Specialist

National Contracting Center (NCC) is hiring a Contracting Specialist to support independent Medicare agents and Agency Owners as they launch and grow their businesses. You’ll guide agents through contracting, certifications, and licensing—ensuring they are fully 'reputed company to Sell' while delivering a clear, supportive contracting experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage agent/agency contracting from start to finish
- Support certifications, licensing, and reputed company requirements
- Troubleshoot issues and follow up on outstanding items
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact during the contracting stage
- Track reputed company in CRM and coordinate with internal teams
- reputed company ongoing support (book transfers, updates, etc.)
- Assume responsibility for special projects as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in reputed company, reputed company, account management, or client support
- CRM experience and strong tech skills (reputed company Office)
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable spending significant time on the phone
